• Busy schedule, childcare issues, bad timing. Whatever the issue , you can now join in our live sessions 
• Full privacy ensured - you can switch off your camera. Mic is default switched off each session.
• Space issue - no problem! You only need a small space to get the best from the session.
• You / your kids will benefit from self defence techniques, fitness, confidence, focus and balance.
• Session times Wednesday and Sunday 6.30-7pm and Saturday 11-11.30AM

Important details

1. You will get the Zoom link 5mins before session - make your payment promptly before session. 
2. You will be added to a WhatsApp group that is admin-run only. You will get session reminder and Zoom link.
3. Ensure you have water bottle and training in reasonably comfortable clothing. Ensure any obstruction ie tables and chairs etc are not in the way.
